With nearly 40 years of experience and ongoing research and development activities, our disc brake pads and composite brake blocks have gained the trust of users both domestically and internationally. The company\u2019s primary goal is to meet the expectations and requirements of our customers by delivering products that meet the highest standards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How we achieve it:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing modern friction materials in a way to ensure the safety of transportation in all conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Production process executed with diligence and professionalism;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous monitoring of production process at all stages with special aim to processes that affect quality. This allows us to detect and eliminate any non-conformities related to the quality of our products at an early stage;<\/li>\n<li>Identification of risks and opportunities to achieve intended results and continuous improvement, to prevent or reduce undesirable risk;<\/li>\n<li>Implementing modern organizational and technical solutions ensuring the continuous development and improvement of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Meeting legal and regulatory requirements related to the manufactured products and other aspects of the company\u2019s operations;<\/li>\n<li>Continuous development of competencies and awareness among employees involved in activities related to the quality of our products;<\/li>\n<li>Building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and actively involving them in the process of meeting requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The top management declares its commitment to fulfilling requirements and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System based on the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IRIS.
