Dellner Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A. offers composite brake blocks of types K and LL designed for use in divers thread brake configurations 1xBg, 2xBg, 1xBgu, and 2xBgu.

The FR513 material is certified in compliance with TSI WAG, and wagons equipped with the brake shoes made of the FR513 material meet TSI NOISE requirements.

The FR510 material serves as a replacement for cast iron brake blocks. Unlike other products of this kind available in the market, it ensures comparable wheel wear to cast iron blocks, which contributes to reduction of train operating costs (LCC).

We also offer center pivot liners and side bearers liners, as well as brake pads for freight wagons equipped with disc brake systems.
